Managing NIS2 in GlobalSuite®

What the Directive asks for, what you've already done and what's still missing, all on one platform. Screens show sample data.

Every obligation in the directive with its applicability, status and degree of compliance.

Every obligation in the directive with its applicability, status and degree of compliance.

Automate the compliance process

You set up the workflow once and GlobalSuite® repeats it: it requests, reminds, collects and updates. Your team only steps in when there's a decision to make.

  • Assessment campaignsQuestionnaires sent to each control owner, with reminders until they reply.
  • Recurring evidenceRequested automatically at the right frequency, with a reminder before it expires.
  • Approval workflowsPolicies, accepted risks and exceptions, each with its sign-off and date.
  • Everything recalculatesClose an action and the residual risk, the status of each measure and the board indicators all update.

What you save when you drop spreadsheets

Keep your methodology

Your scales, your risk matrix and your own controls sit alongside the Article 21 measures. You start with what you already have.

The reports are already done

Measure status, board report and incident log, up to date and ready to download.

AI does the first pass

Before each review, the agent goes through the Article 21 measures, finds the ones with no evidence and drafts the plan. You just sign it off.

Your NIS2 work counts for other standards too

The NIS2 measures already cover a large part of what ISO 27001 and DORA require. In GlobalSuite® each control is mapped to every standard that asks for it, so you don't start from scratch.

Our own estimate of how much of each standard is covered: each requirement counts in full if it is covered the same way and half if only partly. Each standard adds its own requirements.

Connected to the tools you already use

GlobalSuite® connects to your ecosystem via API. Data comes in on its own and nobody has to copy it by hand.

NIS2 lives in the Information Security module

And that module is part of the GRC platform. The assets, risks and suppliers you add for NIS2 are the same ones used by continuity, privacy and third-party risk.

If you're also asked for ISO 27001 or DORA, you start with all of that already in place.

NIS2 FAQs

Tell us about your case
Who does NIS2 apply to?
Medium-sized and large companies in the sectors listed in Annexes I and II of the Directive: energy, transport, banking, health, water, digital infrastructure, managed ICT services, public administration, manufacturing and food, among others. Some are covered whatever their size because of the role they play.
What's the difference between essential and important entities?
The measures are the same. What changes is supervision, which is ex ante for essential entities and ex post for important ones, and the maximum fine: 10 million euros or 2 % of worldwide annual turnover, against 7 million or 1.4 %.
What are the deadlines for reporting an incident?
An early warning within 24 hours of becoming aware of the significant incident, an incident notification within 72 hours and a final report within one month.
What are management bodies responsible for?
They approve the cybersecurity risk-management measures, oversee their implementation and must follow training. If they don't, they can be held personally liable for the infringement (Article 20).
Does my existing ISO 27001 work count?
Yes. All ten Article 21 measures have a related control in ISO 27001. NIS2 adds the obligations of management bodies and the reporting deadlines, which you also manage in GlobalSuite®.
