Managing ISO 42001 in GlobalSuite®

What the standard asks for, what you've already done and what's still missing, all on one platform. Screens show sample data.

Every Annex A control with its applicability, its status and its level of compliance.

Every Annex A control with its applicability, its status and its level of compliance.

Automate the compliance process

You set up the workflow once and GlobalSuite® repeats it: it requests, reminds, collects and updates. Your team only steps in when there's a decision to make.

  • Assessment campaignsQuestionnaires sent to each control owner, with reminders until they reply.
  • Models under watchEach model alerts you when its accuracy or drift crosses the threshold you set.
  • Approval workflowsPolicies, accepted risks and exceptions, each with its sign-off and date.
  • Everything recalculatesIf a model or its data changes, its impact assessment and controls are reopened.

What you save when you drop spreadsheets

Keep your methodology

Your scales, your risk matrix and your own controls sit alongside the ISO 42001 Annex A controls. You start with what you already have.

The reports are already done

Statement of Applicability, AI system inventory and committee dashboard, up to date and ready to download.

AI does the first pass

Before each audit, the agent goes through the inventory, finds the systems with no impact assessment and drafts the plan. You just sign it off.

Your ISO 42001 work counts towards other standards

The inventory, the impact assessment and the life cycle controls are the foundation of the AI Act and the NIST AI RMF. In GlobalSuite® you do them once and they count for all of them.

Our own estimate of how much of each standard is covered: each requirement counts in full if it is covered the same way and half if only partly. Each standard adds its own requirements.

Connected to the tools you already use

GlobalSuite® connects to your ecosystem via API. Data comes in on its own and nobody has to copy it by hand.

ISO 42001 lives in the AI Governance module

And the module is part of the GRC platform. The systems, data and suppliers you register for ISO 42001 are the same ones used by privacy, security and third-party risk, so nothing is maintained twice.

When the AI Act applies to you, you start with the inventory and the assessments already done.

Tell us about your case
Who is ISO 42001 for?
Any organization that develops, provides or uses AI systems: from those training their own models to those building a vendor's models into their processes.
Is it the same as complying with the AI Act?
No. The AI Act is a law with specific obligations depending on the risk level, while ISO 42001 is a certifiable management system. Having ISO 42001 gets much of the work done: inventory, impact assessment, documentation and human oversight.
Who issues the certificate?
An accredited certification body of your choice. GlobalSuite Solutions doesn't certify: it helps you get your AI management system ready and supports you through the audit.
What is an AI system impact assessment?
An analysis of the consequences a system can have for individuals and society: bias, privacy, safety or a lack of human oversight. The standard requires it before each system goes live and every time it changes.
Can I integrate it with ISO 27001?
Yes. Both share the management system structure, so in GlobalSuite® context, risks, audits and management review are handled only once.
