With the GlobalSuite® Consultant & Continuity certification, you will be able to accredit your expertise in the area of business continuity and/or disaster recovery, in addition to your previous knowledge in risks and compliance (it is necessary to have the GlobalSuite® Consultant certificate to access this course). It consists of a 20-hour theoretical-practical course, with a final exam through the completion of a practical case. Certification valid for 2 years.

Renewal of certification

Frequently asked questions

It is designed for individuals with knowledge and experience in risk management, compliance, business continuity and/or disaster recovery, and audit program management.

No, these courses are not bonusable by fundae or other organizations.

  • Each course is made up of blocks of activities. Each activity consists of videos explaining the different functionalities, proposing practical exercises and tests to verify knowledge. The course is developed on our e-learning platform.
  • Additionally, each student is provided with a demo environment of GlobalSuite®, with the standard initial configuration to be able to carry out the proposed practical exercises.
  • At the end of each block, tutorials are carried out by an instructor from GlobalSuite® Solutions that serve both to correct the doubts that have arisen in the viewing of the videos and/or completion of the exercises and to explain more advanced functionalities that the videos do not explain in detail.
  • At the end of the last tutorial, a theoretical final test with 40 questions is enabled to be answered in a maximum time of 45 minutes. The required percentage of approval is 70%. There are 2 attempts to pass this final test.
  • After completing and passing the theoretical course, the final milestone is the completion of a practical case consisting of a set of challenges that must be carried out based on a fictitious company that is detailed. The maximum time for its completion is 4 hours. The practical case is approved with a minimum grade of 7.0 on a scale of 0.0 to 10.0.
  • Upon approval of the practical case, the certificate is issued, which is valid for 2 years.

Renewing your GlobalSuite® certification is a simple and direct process that ensures you continue to be at the forefront of risk, security, and compliance management. Here’s how to do it:

1. Projects carried out:

  • Have completed at least two projects using GlobalSuite® in the last two years since the issuance of your certificate.

2. Project Alignment:

  • The projects must be related to the type of your certificate:
    • GSC: Risk, Security and Compliance projects with risk analysis.
    • GSC+C: Business Continuity projects.
    • GSC+A: Audit projects.
    • GSE: Risk, Security, Compliance, Business Continuity and Audit projects.

3. Renewal Request:

  • The certification team will contact you 4 months in advance and ask you to complete a form to check if you meet the renewal criteria.

4. Maintenance Payment:

  • If you meet the criteria, we will explain how to proceed with the payment of the certificate maintenance, which costs €150/USD.

5. Additional Requirements:

  • If you do not meet the criteria, you must pass the specific exam to renew your certification. You will have two attempts to pass the exam, and you must make the payment of €150/USD before the first exam.

Failure to comply with these maintenance requirements will result in the revocation of your certification.
