• Anonymization of complaints:
    • Possibility to delete the personal data of an already managed complaint, in order to keep it in the environment complying with data protection legislation.
    • The data of the communicator (non-anonymous), related persons are anonymized directly. For the rest of the sections and attachments you can manually review and anonymize. The tool will support in this phase, identifying and highlighting email addresses and NIF.
  • New service for sending and storing reports to secondary channel.
    • This service will allow, once managed, to send the Communications to a secondary repository to guard them as a history and to be able to consult them.
    • This is an additional service that can be activated upon contracting.
  • Internal improvements and bug resolution.
