Purpose of the Processing of your personal data:

In Audisec Seguridad de la Información S.L. (hereinafter, GlobalSuite Solutions) we treat the personal data you provide us in order to manage your curricular data for your participation in the selection processes that are open.

The personal data provided will be kept as long as its deletion is not requested or for a period of 1 year from the last confirmation of interest. After this period, you will proceed with the deletion of your data. If you are still interested in participating in the selection processes of GlobalSuite Solutions you must send your updated data.

Legitimation for the processing of your data:

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the explicit consent requested.

The data may only be used for the purposes set out in the above heading, in accordance with the principles of transparency and limitation of purpose.

Likewise, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, indicating it to the controller through the data indicated above.

Communication or Data Transfer:

Personnel selections will be made directly to the entity and the data will not be transferred to third parties.

Rights:

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether GlobalSuite Solutions is processing personal data concerning you, and in such case, the right of access to your personal data, for the purposes of processing, and to the categories of personal data concerned.

You also have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected; consent on which the processing is based or opposes the processing has been withdrawn; personal data have been unlawfully processed; or, personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation laid down in Union or Member State law.

You may request the limitation of the processing of your data when, challenge the accuracy of the personal data during the period that allows the controller to verify the accuracy of the same; the processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the deletion of personal data and requests instead the limitation of its use; the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the data subject needs them for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims; or the data subject has objected to the processing, while checking whether the legitimate reasons of the controller prevail over those of the data subject. In such cases, we will only retain the data for the exercise or defense of claims.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may object to the processing of their data. GlobalSuite Solutions will stop, in this case, from processing your data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

In addition, where the processing is based on consent or is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive the personal data that concerns you in a structured format and to transmit them to another controller, without being prevented by the responsible to those who would have been provided with them.

When the affected persons exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition, limitation of treatment, data portability and not to be subject to automated individualized decisions, they must communicate it by email to the address compliance@globalsuitesolutions.com.

If you believe that your personal data has not been processed in accordance with the regulations, you can contact compliance@globalsuitesolutions.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, through the electronic headquarters in www.aepd.es.
